All seams are sealed without any stitching making this a more cost effective chemical protective garment. These garments are machine washable and dry-able for a quick return to service during turnarounds.

Alternate Strap-FLB/FLG

1 ½" Strap with Buckle Connector

The straps are 1 ½" black polypropylene webbing with 1 ½" chemically resistant black plastic bayonet-style buckle fastener and slides for convenience and proper fit.

1 ½" strap with hook & loop connector

The straps are 1 ½" black polypropylene webbing with a 1 ½" wide hook & loop strip for convenience and fit.

Alternate Legs-FLB/FLG

Double Leg Cuffs

An additional leg section has been sealed onto the calf of the leg and extends to the bottom of the leg to pull over the boot for drip protection. Elastic is added to the inner leg cuff to gather it close to the ankle and stirrups are attached to the outer leg section to hold the leg securely over the boots.

Flared Leg with Snap Cuffs

The leg section from the knee to the cuff is slightly flared and has snaps added. This allows for an easier donning over boots and the snugging the leg cuff to the boot with the snap closure.

Front Snap

A heavy duty durable snap assembly installed slightly off-center on the front of the garment to hold it securely closed with an under flap that provides an additional splash barrier.

Sleeves-FLB/FLG

Double Sleeve with Elastic Gathered Inner Cuff

An additional arm section has been sealed onto the forearm of the sleeve and extends to the end of the sleeve. Elastic is added to the inner sleeve cuff to gather it close to the wrists. A glove can be worn between the two sleeve components for additional splash protection.

Double Sleeve with Elastic Gathered Inner Cuff and Hook & Loop Cuter Cuff

An additional arm section has been sealed onto the forearm of the sleeve and extends to the end of the sleeve. Elastic is added to the inner sleeve cuff to gather it close to the wrists . The outer cuff can be secured snugly over the glove with the added hook & loop strip. The glove can be worn between the two sleeve components for additional splash protection.

An additional arm section has been sealed onto the forearm of the sleeve and extends to the end of the sleeve. Elastic is added to the inner sleeve cuff to gather it close to the wrists . The outer cuff can be secured snugly over the glove with the added snaps. The glove can be worn between the two sleeve components for additional splash protection.

Elastic Cuff Sleeve

The sleeve has an elastic-gathered cuff which cinches the sleeve closer around the wrist to add some splash protection.

Standard Sleeve

The standard sleeve cuff provides reliable, economical arm protection.

Tapered Sleeve

The tapered sleeve can accommodate an insert and glove and can be used as a jam fit seal to reduce the chance of liquid reaching the wrist and forearm. This sleeve is only available in Flexlite Blue or FlexLite Green.

Addition of 1 or 2 pockets available

1 or 2 pockets can be sealed onto many of our garments. Standard pockets come with drain holes in the bottom. Current pocket sizes offered are: 5" x 6" (no drain holes), 5" x 9", 7" x 7" and 10" x 10". The pocket will be manufactured from the same fabric as the garment.

+/- 3" increments to sleeve length available

The design of our garments allows for non-binding movements such as reaching, bending, stooping, sitting, squatting etc. for the typical height and stature per size. For taller or shorter users we will customize the standard garment, sleeve or leg length plus or minus in 3" increments to allow a custom fit. Contact our Customer Service Department for more information.

Standard Cape Hood - No Bib

Standard Cape Hood with the cape protecting the back of the neck from drips. No front closure bib.

Snap Closure

Heavy duty snap center front closure from under the chin to bottom of hood front bib

Sealed Only - No sewn seams

FlexLite Blue and FlexLite Green garments have sealed only seams - less labor, launderable and economical make them a cost effective garment.

Fabric AO

FlexLite Blue

FlexLite Blue is easily recognized by its bright blue color. At 17 mils to 19 mils this fabric is designed to replace raingear in the chemical/petrochemical and HF Refining industries. FLB cost per wearing is an economical way to improve safety and reduce cost in hazardous environments.

FlexLite Green

FlexLite Green can be recognized by its mossy green color. At 17 mils to 19 mils this fabric is similar to FlexLite Blue except for the difference in color.
